Detailed information on ways to improve environmental performance is made available to tenants; and Rialto management are available at all times to provide further advice and information on implementing environmental programs.

All new fit outs and alterations to existing fit outs place a high priority on using environmentally sound layouts and materials and all items removed from fit outs are disposed of in the most environmentally responsible way.
