On the corner of Collins St and King St, in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, Rialto can be easily accessed by road and the public transport network. There is ample parking on-site and taxis are available right outside the entrance.

The building is open to the public from 7.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, with secure tenant access at all times. Deliveries can be made from 6.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Airport Access
Taxis are available between Melbourne Airport and Rialto; or there is a limousine service that operates from Rialto, bookings are required.

SkyBus operates 24 hours a day between the Airport and the city centre. The service runs approximately every 10-15 minutes throughout the day.

Car rental companies have offices in the international and domestic terminals as well as on the ground floor of the short term car park.

Car Parking
The car park entrance is in Flinders Lane, between King St and William St. Parking is available on a casual or long term basis. The maximum height for vehicles entering the car park is 2.010 metres.

Deliveries
The loading dock is at 476 Flinders Lane, behind the Rialto building, and can be accessed from 6.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries outside those hours can only be made by prior arrangement. The maximum height for vehicles entering the loading dock is 3.5 metres.

Goods Lifts
Separate goods lifts are provided for each tower, with a maximum capacity of 2,500kg in each lift. The car size of each lift is 1,650mm wide and 2,010mm deep with a maximum ceiling height of 3,600mm.

Public Transport
Southern Cross Station is only five minutes walk from Rialto. If you follow the 'Collins Street' exit signs at Southern Cross, emerging from the subway on Spencer Street, then walk towards the intersection of Spencer and Collins Street. Turn into Collins Street and Rialto is situated one major city block away on the right hand side.

Rialto is located on the corner of Collins and King Street. Trams run along Collins St and on neighbouring streets but do not run along King Street. Details of all tram routes are available at Yarra Trams.
